Studio & Artwork Assistance

We have a fully equipped state of the art studio that can cater for all of your artwork needs.  However, to help us meet your tight delivery deadlines please follow the artwork guidelines below.

To enable us to provide the best possible service, please send your artwork to us in the following formats by email, CD or DVD (please note, when sending on disc please supply a colour printout).

We would prefer a VECTORIZED EDITABLE EPS FILE created in Adobe Illustrator CS2 or lower.  Ideally, please convert all text to outlines/curves to ensure that the correct font is used when printing.  Please also ensure that all relevant Pantone shades have been included on the artwork.

In addition to EPS files we may be able to accept tiff, bmp, gif and jpeg files although an extra charge may be incurred to redraw the logo so that it is suitable for our printing requirements.  We will advise you of the charge before proceeding.

Where you do not indicate a typestyle our studio will choose the most suitable using their experience.

PDF proofs will be supplied by email for approval before proceeding.

We are able to offer Printed proofs of many of our products but these will be chargeable and will be quoted upon before proceeding.
